MPC digs heavy equipment company out of a merchandising hole ...

It's upsetting how often this happens in our industry. A renowned national heavy equipment company had ordered 800 T-shirts for a student competition and was promised delivery by December 5th. But as the date grew closer, the equipment company was informed that the order had not been processed and there was no way the deadline could be met.

Not knowing what else to do, the equipment company called MPC. "I remember calling MPC on December 1st and asking for but not expecting a miracle," said a representative of the equipment company.

To her surprise, we did pull off the miracle. The entire order was delivered and not a single student was disappointed by not having a shirt for the competition. But the accolades didn't stop there.

A number of letters were written lauding us for our efforts over and above expectation. "Thank you so much for your outstanding customer service. Your team really came through on this one," one letter said. We were appreciative and humbled by them.
